We Accomplish our mission ... by providing an environment and program of services in which the total needs of the resident are met with professional care and compassion; by encouraging in our residents a rightful sense of personal identity, self-worth and indepedence: by witnessing to aging as a spiritual process offering the individual opportunity for new life, companionship and empathy.

The Good Neighbor Home was established and built by the Good Neighbor Society, a non-profit corporation comprised of 11 local churches as a part of their mission of Christian services. The member churches appoint or elect representatives to serve on the Society's Corporate Board. The Corporate Board elects the 15 member Board of Directors. The 15 member board is responsible for "governing the affairs of the corporation." The board members represent the geographical area. A list of the current board members is available upon request at the Business Office.
