Room Rates:
Rates are reviewed at least yearly by the Board of Directors. The rates are based on an annual budget which provides for: a fair compensation to facility employees who provide care and services; building improvement and maintenance and maintaining fiscal integrity of the Good Neighbor Society. The following department managers are available to discuss questions or concerns with residents and families.

Members
The Affiliated Members consist of 13 local churches that support the services offered at The Good Neighbor Home and at The Meadows.
A Resident Advocate group of community volunteers are appointed by the Iowa Dept. of Elder Affairs to serve as advocates for our residents.
